Sunday Jun 29

Running 1:00:00 [3]8.4 mi (7:08 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus
Steady run but speeding up by 0.1mph every mile, started at 8.1mph so by end was going at a reasonable clip.
Swimming 10:00 [2]
Cool down swim (10L) Crept over 3 hours training for the week, but I am refusing to include the "mowing the yard" type training (although yesterdays effort came dangerously close to crossing that threshold)

Saturday Jun 28

Running 15:00 [3]2.0 mi (7:30 / mi)
Not really training but pushing granddaughters bike around neighborhood while running at easy pace. Hills were quite tough and did start to feel a bit like a training effort!

Friday Jun 27

Running 38:00 [3]5.0 mi (7:35 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus
Brickyard loop at about midday to maintain acclimatization to nasty hot weather. Speed sessions have been a bit lax this week and need to be crisped up next week.

Thursday Jun 26

Running 38:45 [3]5.25 mi (7:22 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus
Easy run but speeding up a little every 3/4 of a mile. Felt easy but then again I had sloughed off yesterday!

Tuesday Jun 24

Running 30:00 [3]4.0 mi (7:30 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus
Fartlek of some description, got curtailed when I appear to have broken the treadmill..... May get told not to use it for hard intervals which is probably the hardest it gets used by anyone in the community.
