Feeling tired and weak.
Slept a lot yesterday and over night but still feel tired. thought id over done it last week with more sessions than normal (o-ints, mila, vinterserien and long session (+ reflex course)) and not focusing in recovering but realised im still tired walking to the shops, this isnt normal so probably fighting off some illness or something else.
Got more test on sunday, fingers crossed i get to the root of that problem and can start training well soon. Feeling a frustrated.
