Really hard
I went without water witch was probably a miss take!!

Ran to the Uni track and did 200m then 800m with 1min rest repeted this 5 times

I also found out that I only swet though the top of my feet!! I wonder if everyones feet do that!?!

Did 3 laps of 1.5-2K each with 1:30mins rest

Times 6:44, 6:47, 6:27 cant have pushed hard enough early on, and must have pushed alot harder on the last lap! Oops!
