Unbelievably shit!! Felt horrible, on the way to the start kite I was think about how tight my chest was and I was struggling with my breathing, after that it went down hill! had no power at all, couldn't concentrate and missed alot!! Very disappointed
I spoke to the selector earlier in the week about being ill and maybe changing to a shorter leg but we thought I would be alright. Gutted to let the team down and upset with myself.

still abit tight breathing and chest muscle is a bit sore when sniffing and spitting
