4x 1mile reps (didn't fancy doing more) on the grass bank at the mire. Clockwise then next rep in reverse.
clockwise = 1 long climb, then steep drop, then flat back to the start.
Anti (obviously) = flat then steeper bank then long gradual down hill - this way = 10-15sec quicker
