(rest day)

Strained my calf yesterday ( cold and didn't warm up great and favoriting leg on landing because of twisted ankle not long back) and traveling all day (Finland ferry-> home-> airports (Stockholm-> Oslo-> Manchester)-> Manchester-> York!!!

Calf/Achilles sore after carrying bags a lot

Toni had a business meeting in Lahti (100km north of Helsinki) so I went with him and to a awesome little forest near by.
Terrain was a slope with lots of contour details and boulders all over. Really tricky

Made a couple of mistakes and didn't flow well.

Re ran the same course back (nothing looked the same). Gave myself a bit of a shake down after first cours and improved.
