Note

Turns out my blisters as been infected and that's why it's been sore.
More home surgery.
Loads of horrible smelly puss.
Felt loads better straigh after

Orienteering 1:50:00 [2]

Across on the main land from the summer house.

First orienteering for 5 weeks (longest break I can remember).
Rusty and scrappy in the beginning, nothing terrible but as good as I would like. After 50mins or so I got a bit frustrated, but give my self a bit of a shake and worked out what was wrong.
Not planning well enough, not using compass properly and not looking up. So basically nothing was quite right. Came up with the plan to stop and do everything properly and slowly at every control before I leave then things fell back into place pretty quickly after that.
Felt good when I did it properly!! Happy with the session. Know what to to from now until autumn

Summer house
Running a bit harder than needed but felt alright

Still having a bit of trouble from blisters. Walking is worse than running on the blister area but makes the whole foot and lower leg a bit sore from walking differently. (Especially today when we travel back from France with a big bag on)

We looked for the least steep decent because I have some big blisters under my heels but Jesper was happy because his quads wer knackered
