Vomited after 52secs but then started to feel better.
Feeling better and better though out the session, when I started to think "actually I feel pretty good" I saw my reflection in some windows and realized I looked shite and was just kidding myself haha

Tuesday Tech Training

Still taking it easy and feeling tired so wasnt feeling to up for it until I started running with Per and it gave me a lot more focus.

Mainly pretty good.
- Came out the corridor where I assumed I would be able to see the hill but was a lot greener and hadnt looked at my compass enough
- no10 didnt have a good attackpoint
- lost the line where there was an extra knoll then didnt understand enough surounding terrain
