Fun course going to lots of little woods that dont get used so was able to keep the orienteering honest.
A couple of smaller problems making decisions, making snap decisions rather than calculating what is best.

OKS Club Training

Nice to do something a little different, but I was hoping for something more technical because I was feeling a bit tired and the goal of the session was to run with people without letting the heart rate get too high.
I was doing ok but heart rate rocketed and any incline even though I was trying to relax.

Technically I was pretty good, but it was pretty easy a part from being in Hökarängen.

ran the middle course because Ive not been feeling right good this week, sore throat and low energy
not great, jumped of a crag and a branch went though my shoe into the sole of my foot then broke my compass, then made mistakes!

Some really bad bits that need looking into and work out why!
but after no5 I was pretty good and this also need looking at and working out why!!

But great forest and really fun!!
