We drove down the hill to a new forest with less snow but was a lot colder -23. (heat raises?)
Set off to the start and with in 100m realised my shoes wasnt that tight but laces was already totally frozen. During the session my feet also frozen to the point i couldn't feel anything. A couple of hours after I finished the training my feet started to hurt, turns out my feet must have been rubbing a lit in the loose shoes becaus I have 4 blisters and 3 very big + blood in my new shoes. One the plus side I didnt think I had any blood going to my feet.

And not the best performance by me. 3x 50
But had fun and its a long way to 10mila
and this was the first significant step towards next season.
