Still not feeling physical top, so plan was to be as smooth as possible and not push/waste energy.

Worked pretty well, orienteered well and still felt reasonably in the last 15mins

Felt tired right from the way to no1. Caught up by Fredrik Edén at no5 so ran with him until I felt proper knackered (but orienteering felt fine)... then I made a mistake... then I thought "fuck this, I'm saving some energy and try to recover for tomorrow", turned out to be the furtherst way part of the map
