Hok Long (SM 2018 Long distance terrain)
Felt shite the last couple of days so haven't trained. This morning and warming up still didn't feel up for this, but Louise said "just race to no5 and see how you feel from there". This was a good plan, but I was shite in these first 5. I couldn't get up to race pace and I was distracted/over thinking everything.
Got to no5 and was disappointed with how I had been orienteering but still enjoyed the quality terrain, so I stood for a few seconds and made a new plan to really get hold of the orienteering for the next 5 controls then make a new goal for the last few controls
Goal from 10 to finish = survive!
