VBN by OK Gränsen @ Habo. Totally different terrain (open, runnable, contour shapes)

Felt tired and shit (especially up hill). But I orienteered well and lead a lot of the race so kept working. I thought a few times to relax and let it go, but happened to stay at the front. (Didn't realise Joar was actually in the lead because he was on the other butterfly).
My shoe lace was undone and the only reason I was still running was because I was at the front but when I realised I was really flogging a dead horse, I knocked it on the head.
Still a good session, fun to race well despite not feeling good and positive feed back from my orienteering so not too disappointed with the night.
