Note

Decided to skip the long session.
Knew I wouldn't be smart enough to stop when I should without getting annoyed, and hope some more rest will help me.

Home camp O intervals

I only ran 2x intervals. Still not feeling 100% and no mental energy to "fight"
But orienteered pretty well.

Hardly any warm up or down... before the session I had to organize a bit too much. After I was freezing

Orienteering Night -- Focused 50:00 [3]

Home camp Tech session (lots of "white out" compass sections)

I felt motivated to do well on this after I was disappointed with the morning session. I was good and on it for the first 45-50mins, then I got tired again so headed back.
Really starting to get annoyed with this tired feeling that come early.
