Orienteering 25:29 [3] 2.4 km (10:37 / km)

Spent most of the night watching Word Cup Sprints as a tribe of pissed idiots decided it would be a good idea to shout at each other all night. Didn't help.
This felt faster than the time shows. Made stupid mistakes on 3. ( Wrong building) and 10 (dead end) . Struggled a bit on the up hill bits.

Very Easy with Miya. A lot of running off without looking at the map.

Struggled to walk to the start. My pain blocking technique wasn't working. Many errors. Too high on a lot of controls. Fun route through the Lantana to 10.

Felt pretty good running and even flow through controls. Just made some.stuoid mistakes like punching the wrong control at 5. Looking at the map I probably got a control before the major gully and control 5 was in a small watercourse over the major gully. Ran past 2 ((and 3) to hit the track. Got the right elgully to enter to 10 but could not see the flag so went.up hill to look. Twisted left ankle pretty badly coming back down the hill to 10. Too low to 14 and ended up at the track. Still felt good running in the bush and starting early meant I didn't see anyone else until late in the course.
