cycling 35:00 [1]

This is the total cycling time to/from my class at KU. The class went ok. I felt like I wasn't on, but the other speakers did well. The students seemed engaged and interested (and interesting).

When I left, I discovered that the rear tire of my commuter bike was nearly flat. I added air in the morning but there must be a leak. I started to walk the bike home and John spotted me. He offered me a ride, so I parked the bike and got a lift home.

At home, I got my new mini pump and jogged back to the bike. I was able to pump up the tire pretty easily (the new mini pump actually works!). I biked about 3/4 of the way home before the slow leak made the tire too low to ride. I walked that last bit to get home.

running 30:00 [2]

Running to get my bike.

I would call this "running with a pump" (which is sort of like a log). Ross Edgely would have been impressed.

It was hot when I was running.
