Note

I finished my [modified] 31-day challenge today.

I did 2 MTBO sessions. I did 2 moderately bogus sessions. One was working on a sprint map and the other was map hikes to/from a conference at KU.

The 31 sessions were spread out on 13 different maps (14 if you consider the West Campus sprint map and 1:10K map as different maps...but I don't).

No injuries. No illnesses.

Orienteering practice at the Riverfront. I figured it was the best location for tired legs (being flat and with nice forest). I took one pretty hard fall when I slipped on some mud. The temp was warm, so some areas were a little bit of mud on top of still-frozen dirt. I don't understand why, but my left wrist was sore before I fell, but fine now. My map got coated in mud.

In the middle of the orienteering I went out on a sandbar and jogged around looking for bones. I found a few, but nothing very interesting.
