The usual morning jog. I felt OK-ish. The sunrise was nice.

Stationary bike while watching a youtube headcam video. Most of the headcam videos I've watched are people having good runs. I think this was a less experienced orienteer. They didn't make big mistakes, but they orienteered passively. They would stop when they came to distinct features. They would go much slower and more hesitant in to the control. They would get a bit fixated on a feature (like following a stone wall or running along a trail) and didn't seem to have a mental picture of what was coming up next. In a way it was more interesting that watching someone orienteering really well.

I haven't done much with my GoPro in a few years. Maybe this will inspire me. There is probably some better software out there than the last time I played around with headcam videos.
