A little time on the trainer before breakfast.
running 10:00 [2]
Jogging around a bit to warm up for the sprint.

PTOC sprint race at Sar Ko Par. Fun stuff. I did the best route on 6-7 thanks, in part, to my sporty reading glasses.

sprint - Splits

Thursday May 17

running 45:00 [2]
I jogged around at PNS, thinking about economic development...

Tuesday May 15

running 35:00 [2]
Very easy jogging at PNS. Didn't feel very good. In fact, I almost stopped after jogging for just 15 minutes.

I drove by English Landing Park and noted that the river level is much lower than last week. It looked like all of the park is above water now.
running 10:00 [4]
The usual Old Man Intervals.

Monday May 14

Note
I thought about running some errands...mowing the lawn...or doing something useful. Instead I've been reading a comic book.

Sunday May 13

running 1:45:00 [2]

Trail run at Clinton SP. The water is high enough that the lower trail is underwater in many places. Sticking to the upper trail was fine.

We had a great day in Lawrence - watching the cycling, having a picnic brunch, and running.
