running 20:00 [2]
Whatever has been wrong with me is more-or-less over. So, I went for a little jog after work. It was warm and humid. I moved slowly. I had fun.

I don't really like running when it is warm and humid. I wish summer was short...hmmmm...reminds me of another video that Lisa will find amusing...

Note
An earned day off = 1 point.

I'm at the City Commission meeting. It is nice that they've got WiFi so that I can update my log (even if I didn't do any training) during the meeting.

MTB on the river trails. I felt much better than last week - didn't fall off and managed to handle the sandy spots without any trouble. I'm still a bit of a klutz on a bike, but I'm learning. Fun.

Fun...except I had a cheesy Swedish pop tune stuck in my head. It was actually quite disturbing, I'm tempted to say that "it hurts":

Hilly trail at Wyandotte. I figured I'd try to keep a reasonable effort on the climbs even though my legs felt a bit shot from yesterday. It turned out that I was able to keep a reasonable pace on the climbs. The relatively nice temp and low humidity helped.
