PTOC at Lake Jacomo. I felt ok, my back wasn't really a problem. I took two hard falls and I'm hoping that doesn't cause trouble. One fall - about 100 meters after 9 - was one of those where you hit the ground so quickly that you don't even put up a hand or arm to break your fall. I always try to be extra careful when I have a fall, but I still got off line on that leg.

Tom Hanley set the course. I like his courses because he is careful to avoid putting controls in miserable thorn-filled areas.

Note

Better, but still a fair amount of discomfort...might try jogging tomorrow if things feel a bit better.

Note

My back got a bit stiff yesterday when we were coming home from Ft Leavenworth. It was noticeably stiff when we stopped at Grandpa's Burger Box. It was worse when I got up this morning.

I skipped running but decided getting out and going for a walk would be good. It was a nice walk and my back feels a little better after walking.

I'm not sure why my back got stiff (lower back on the left side). I think I fell down a couple of times yesterday and that might have been the trouble. Hope it will feel better tomorrow.
