OK pre-Possum sprint at Park University. This was a blast. Mary designed the course and Reta made the map.

We started with a few controls on the campus, then entered the underground area, then came back out for a few legs on the campus. The underground map is below.

My run was ok. I had a little trouble on one of the underground controls. The underground area was really neat - lots of stuff to read, but most of it looks the same.

I ran with a GoPro on a chest mount. Youtube aparently got rid of the stablization editing function. So the videos are a bit shaky, but you get a feel for the terrain (above and below ground). Anyone know of a good way to stabilize vidoes?

Headlamp jog on West Campus. I felt pretty good.

running 1:20:00 [2]

Jogging on the trails at Clinton. I carried the map and looked at it from time to time.

We had a little bit of snow. It looked nice. The temp was ok, maybe 29F, but the wind was strong making things feel colder.

The snow made the morning commute a mess. I had the day off, so that was nice to avoid. Mary worked from home until traffic cleared up a bit, but then had to go to the office for a meeting or something.

My legs feel a bit tired. I'm not used to running this much in 3 days.

Paul gave me his red course for the December 1 PTOC event at Lexington Lake. I jogged through it. I'll give him a few comments.

I was a bit tired from yesterday and the terrain is junky. It was tough to keep a steady pace.
