PT14. Was pretty sure I had the fitness to win, so I went ultra conservative on the nav. Took safe routes, stayed within myself, stopped at the first inkling that things weren't right. As a result, pace was slower than usual, but the nav was relatively clean. Ran the second loop a bit harder since I had been fairly close to all the locations on the first loop, so I was confident I could fix any problems. Skipped 10 and 35. First overall.
Granted, the field was weaker than usual this year. However, I now join Mikell Platt and Mark Everett as a multiple winner of this event. It's a pretty fine day when you have something in common with those two.
