(rest day) shoes: Gel-Saga
Grass loop down to Arch and back. I hope my readers are seeing the irony in using an "Arch" run as therapy for plantar fasciitis. Was a bit surpirsed to get done in 42 minutes as I certainly wasn't pushing it. I guess my legs really were fried when I ran this last week.
