Warmup, 2 miles at marathon pace, then 10 easy with the St. Charles Running Club. Promised myself I wouldn't go over 2 hours and almost broke that because I was talking with Ken DeBeer and lost track of the time. Turned off just in time to get to the 2nd Street Bike Shop under the wire where we enjoyed the usual post-run breakfast. Last time eating there with the group this year as the run moves to St. Peter's starting in May and I obviously won't be there next Saturday. It's a fun spot; I'll miss it.
