In Ithaca. South Hill into town. Up East Hill to Game farm (first two intervals). Over Snyder Hill as easy as one can ascend/descend such a thing, then the two big pushes up South Hill on Banks and Updike. Roughly 2000' total climb.
Was going out on a limb doing a bona-fide Daniel's Phase 3 workout given my meager base, but this is the only chance I'll have this spring to run big hills and I felt one big workout would be better than two small ones. I'll be sore the rest of the trip, but I don't think I jacked anything up.
