Orienteering race (Woods) 1:00:00 [2] ***
6c (sick) shoes: MT690 old
SLOC 1hr at Meramec. "Ran" it as an easy jog, breathing in only through my nose with the buff. Have to list it as a race because, with all the fast folks in the 2-hour, I did end up winning the thing. Nav was very good but, given the pace and terrain, that should have been a given. At any rate, wonderful to be out in the woods after a week of sickness. Still far from recovered.
