Brought the fast shoes with the idea that I'd do some track work ahead of the SCRC run. Legs weren't feeling it so I just did an easy jog and then the group run. I think I need to get completely off the gas for a couple months. I'll still do HOA and Hennepin because they're fun events; but won't set much in the way of expectations.
