Terrain (Grass) 49:00 [2] *
shoes: Rocklite 315

Four School Loop. Moving OK but still a decided deadness in the stride. Moving the Q workout to tomorrow (just as well since I really need to finalize my courses for next Saturday).
1 PM

Terrain (Grass) 46:00 [2] *
shoes: Speedcross 3

Over to CC Lake and back on the powerline.

Orienteering (Woods) 1:15:00 [2] ***
25c shoes: Speedcross 3

Checking controls for the meet. Stinging nettle hasn't died down yet; that ought to make things fun for anybody who decides to run it in shorts.

Running (Road) 1:16:00 [2]
shoes: Sayonara 2

FFRC run. Nothing hurt, but I had no spring at all.

Terrain (Mix) 2:09:00 [3] ***
shoes: Lone Peak

2x15:00T 60:00R. Work from home day as everything gets moved to the new HQ. Legs felt up to a real workout so I went over to CC Lake for some split tempo. Tempo sections along the east side of CC Lake. Recovery was a lap of the upper singletrack.

Terrain (Grass/Night) 56:00 [2] **
weight:172lbs shoes: Speedcross 3

In to work on the powerline for the last time (moving day is tomorrow). I'm not nostalgic; I just know a good thing when I see it. The seven-mile off road commute will be missed.

Terrain (Grass (Night)) 57:00 [2] **
shoes: MT110

In to work on the powerline. Gloves and warmer socks would have been a good idea.

Running (Road) 59:00 [2]
shoes: Speedstar 5

In to work via most direct road route. Aside from being about 10% down on propulsion, everything seems OK.

Well, 14 miles isn't the usual recommendation for recovery 3 days after an ultra, but when you left your keys at home, ya do what ya gotta do. Back home on the powerline. Felt fine and was about the same time I usually run it in, so maybe I'll even be able to sneak in a quality workout by Friday.

Yeah, I think we'll just be taking today OFF.
