Crappy day and a fair bit of work to do. I'd call it more of a day off than a rest day since my training hasn't been nearly intense enough to require actual rest.

Might have broken another toe! Kate & I stayed at a hotel last night and I got up around 3AM and stubbed it on the leg of a bench at the foot of the bed. It looks pretty ugly. Fourth toe on the right. Walking hurts and it really looks bad.

Anyway, got back home and did a loop pulling in the Priory CC course, trails at Queeny, some grass at lower CCL and finally back on the powerline. Road portions were taken at an easy spin.

Off-road portion of the above ride. Taken fairly firm. Great day to ride fast off road; everything is firm, grip is excellent.

The SS seems to have developed a slow leak. Didn't feel like dealing with that at 6AM, so I took the SUV in to work.

Another beautiful fall day squandered. Guess I should get used to that. I was going to use the elliptical after class, but walking from class to the gym, my toe was hurting more than usual, so I decided to skip even that.
