Fleet Feet Summer Speedwork (FFSS). Not really speedwork; this is all supposed to be I-pace stuff. But, I didn't name it. Had no idea where I-pace was since I haven't run with a watch since Woodlands. Ran by feel, though there was a clock at the S/F to give some feedback. Seems like the pace was right; I could have done a couple more (though I was happy to be done at 6).

M-pace at FFRC Pancake Run (Lost Valley). Jogged with the group to 2.5, then M pace the rest of the way. GORC has done an amazing job with the re-routes. This was a dry-foot run except for the stream crossing at 9.5. The stream height indicated that LV got just as much rain as everybody else last night.
