4xdown Rim up Gorge at Buttermilk. Extended push on last one all the way back up to the hotel. As much a descending workout as ascending. Focused on quick turnover and light strike going down. I'm far more concerned about getting down the mountains than up them next month.
Duck@T on the way home from work. First half of the Duck is in the sun and I was feeling pretty nauseous by the time I reached the woods. Managed to stay on it, though I'm sure it was slower than usual. Summer is here.
