SLOC 3-Hour@Raging Rivers(1:10). Rating the effort a 5 because there was a lot of trail running and it was all my recovering legs could do to pound out the fast sections. Good enough for the win, though it was a squeaker.
Wasn't planning on doing much, if any, training today, but it turned out I was feeling pretty bad. I don't know if I was actually sick or if I just really needed some rest. At any rate, I spent most of the day in bed and felt better by the time we went to church for dinner.
