Running (Road) 3:15:00 [2]
shoes: Excite 3

Low Plains Drifter. Added King's Canyon to the route which puts it over 20 miles. Was definitely taking it easy, and I always run slower after dark (no idea why) but, damn, 3:15 is alarmingly slow for this loop.

Terrain (Trail) 1:15:00 [3] ***
shoes: Boca AT

20:00T/3:00R/10:00T on Duck in the woods. Lungs seem to be functioning OK; was definitely worth waiting for today's warmer temps (70F).

Boca's are dead; uppers blew out. Not sure why all my shoes decided to die at once.

Gym (Weights) 20:00 [5]

Well, some good news. Was able to do my 2 heavy sets using my pre-sickness weights.

Running (Track) 30:00 [2]
shoes: Excite 3

Normally, I'd call today some pretty fine spring conditions, but I decided to spare my lungs the cool air and run inside on the track.

Also spent some time in the sauna and whirlpool (as I did yesterday as well). Seems like I've pretty much got this licked, but you can't be too sure when you've been on a ride like this one.

Running (Road) 30:00 [2]

Got back from class and it was still 67F, so I decided to see if an easy jog round the hood would set my lungs on fire. It didn't.

Note
(sick) (rest day)

Sickness appears to be gone, but lungs are super trashed. Might be able to run tomorrow since the forecast is for warmer temps.
