Four School Barefoot Loop. Exactly what I needed today. Soft surface was easy on the knees and, without the weight of shoes on my feet, my turnover was back where it should be. Felt like running again.

Tried a couple miles on the indoor track more as a feasibility study than a workout. Feet were fine with it. Legs are still dead, of course. All signs point to a normal recovery.
