Sunday Sep 15 #

(rest day)

Another night with very little sleep. This time due to production problems at work. To tired to run.

"Official" Mark Twain Trail Summit run. Berryman campground to Brazil Creek, then up the road to Floyd Tower and back on the west side. Was pleasantly surprised that I had decent legs for this despite so little sleep and the long-ish run the night before. Firmer pace as I was by myself most of the way and it was daylight.

Out & Back on the west side of Berryman with Ryan and Jaime Maher. Good to get in this much night running on technical trail, but I would have preferred an earlier start. Left only a couple hours for sleeping until I had to get up for the MTT Summit.

SCRC run. Considerably firmer pace than usual for the last mile and a half as a few decided to bring it in quick for no apparent reason.

Duck in the Woods plus powerline east. Still pretty flat, but got better as the run went on.
