Carol’s Fat Ass. Final edition of this run and it was more of a whimper than a bang. Not sure why people don’t attend my events (other than the obvious, that I don’t have many friends), but I had a good time and so, it seemed, did Tommy, Jen, Emily, and Erl.

SCRC. Another big surge by the leaders this week. Legs are still way off so I wasn't upset that the lead group split with me in the back half. Seems that running 40 miles with no sleep is a lot. Who knew?
