In Ithaca (flew to Buffalo last night, then drove the rest of the way today). Spent the day with Mom & Anne. Could have got in a short run late afternoon, but I think the full off was the right call.
Got this in early in anticipation of the storm. As of midday the storm hasn't arrived, but they have cancelled my flight tomorrow, which they generally don't do in advance unless they know we're going to get hammered.
Terrain (Trail/Night) 1:05:00 [2] **** shoes: Lone Peak 3..0 Blue
9:1 training at Forest-44. Much goopier than I expected (though, I don't think I should have been surprised that horse trails are a mess this time of year). Timed the walk breaks with uphills rather than strict timing, but kept the ratio right. 13:15/mi pace felt very easy. Probably won't get many more opportunities to dial the pace in for Rocky.
