Tame the Dragon 8-hour at Lake of the Ozarks. I don't know that I've ever listed an O-event as a "5" for effort. I've also never run one with a guy who made the US Worlds Team for endurance running. May be looking at marathon-level recovery here rather than the usual few days easy jogging after a long O. Great day in the woods and first overall but, damn, that hurt.
