Was a very good course by Tom P, lots of route choice. Just could not run properly, and my nike + kit also failed a bit, I think I need to have it sitting flat

Have found interval podcasts, the best so far is 'podrunner'

It just provides the extra incentive, and the little person in your head tells you to go faster or slower really helps
