8-loop with the boys. Very tough workout for me but I have looked forward to this. 212121 every 4,5 and 9 min + some stairs.

Solo in the Valley. Took it very easy, avoided hills. Felt ok.

Long run with GCG (me) in the Valley. Best feeling for a long time.

On the golf course. Tried to pick up the speed a few times to see how it felt - body didn't respond the way as hoped.

Clubhouse relay. Legs tired. Both hamstrings but especially the right one is very tight. As in VERY tight. Cold is still there but I feel ok and HR is normal, perhaps a little bit higher but not significant.

Classic at Duntroon. Some fresh snow made the conditions a bit slower. Getting tired too.

5 sets of 6 x 30on/30off (active rest) with an extra minute between sets + some stairs. Felt pretty good. Haven't done short intervals for some time. Legs will be soar tomorrow.
