Very easy warm-up, cool down and link between "O" sessions. Snoop set a killer mid-week training session.

The brain worked well, the legs not.

GGO Spring tune-up. Score-0 at Guelph Junction.

Half-hearted perfomance. Nailed 18/20. 2 min mistake. Not too bad.

Line- and corridor-O (both contours only) at Mineral Springs with Oivind, Meridian, Hammer, Snoop, and theRock.
Great training. Legs not too bad despite Sun & Mon.

Great course, great weather, great race.

Came 2nd. Had a tough battle with Tarno's team from start to finish.

All this with therock, Snoop, Hammer, Jack, Öivind & Tarno.
