Hmmm...didn't get much for free. Did alright the first 5K put the climb after the 5K mark took its toll.

Queen St - Bruce Bridge (2), from there and via the cemetary and Longwood I picked up the pace and my legs felt better than for quite some time. It helped to have Fru as pacemaker.

Bruce Bridge - Ancaster - loop in DV and back home. Wearing bike shorts takes biking to another level. I felt and looked like muscle tech dude.
