Headache and it feels like I just went a match agains Tyson. In his prime.

Pyramid intervals 1-2-3-4-4-3 (had to skip 2 and 1) with 1 min rest between.
Body feels very tired.

Pretty much tired from the beginning, ran up the Lawry hill on the first lap but had to walk parts of it o the 2nd lap. Very tough workout. I know I'm pulling a Swiss here but it was warm and I'm still not over my cold yet. Hopefully will it go faster Thursday.

Good race. Started slowly but steady and made no mistakes except for the controls just before and after the water stop and one at the end. Altogether perhaps 2 min.
Foot ok and no cold.

US Middle champs. +2 and rain. Bad start, errors on three of the first five. after that a bad route choice and another 2 min mistake. Legs were tired - a cold coming? Simply a bad race.
Foot not a problem.

Twisted my ankel when warming up, 20 min before the start. A quick shave, tape and advil made it possible to run. Mistakes on 3 and 4 and then a 3 min mistake on 9. The pace was ok though, about the same as Hammer
