Lap 1 16.40 -12.15 Down the stairs, across the parking lot 2.30 Lap 2 18.00 - 13.25 Pretty much tired from the beginning, ran up the Lawry hill on the first lap but had to walk parts of it o the 2nd lap. Very tough workout. I know I'm pulling a Swiss here but it was warm and I'm still not over my cold yet. Hopefully will it go faster Thursday. | ||
