Again, a good group of runners. Soon we won't even remember when we were less than 10. 1-2-3-1-2-3 laps around reservoir park every 3, 6, 9 min. Died the last two. Hopefully this was the last hot humid Hamilton day which also would mean that, please, please, we won't see SW1000 run without a shirt for 9 months. Should be Bender time soon. Zoolander - coach says you will organize that event. That will make you feel important.
