Wed night @ Rockcliffe. Black circles! That was some time ago but a great exercise. Did one huge parallell error otherwise a solid race. The running muscles still tired since Sat.

Iroqouia Trail Test. 32K on the Bruce Trail incl some very though amd techiocal stuff.
Legs felt better than feared but I relied a lot on the down hill running. Uphill caused problems. Fun race despite the toughness. Finished 7th about 10 minutes behind Tarno.

(i) from Dundas High via Webster falls to Crooks Hollow and usual warm-up and cool-down there.
(ii) head to head against therock. Reran the long course from last year's Ontario relay champs.

Legs very sluggish. Still. Did approx 5 x 1min mistakes. Still fun though. Typical Smålands terrain. (=sometimes the best in the world).
Finished in the middle of the pack. 11 min behind coffee-Elis (41 years).
