Skiing race 1:25:00 [4]
HTB-loppet. 25K. ~4 min behind KH and ~2.5 min behind Al, 5th. Conditions totally different from yesterday and Friday - snowing, new snow, and just below zero. Good skis but glide could have been better but my arms were tired from the previous days so I wanted good grip. 20 sec behind KH and AL, 6th, after first lap but slowly faded. Happy with race though.

Skiing long 1:05:00 [2]
Skiing race 1:05:00 [4]
Midlandloppet + extra.
Two minutes behind Al Magi in 2nd place. Not too bad, I felt a little bit edgy in the beginning and stressed, being the first race, but after a couple of kilometers I got in to a nice rhythm. The course was 2x10 and I lost 1 in on each loop to Al. Hopefully with the first race being done I can be a little bit closer next weekend.

Wednesday Mar 9

Skiing long 35:00 [3]
Good skating conditions at Chedoke. Best this year?
Indoor biking long 45:00 [1]
Biked and watched Leverkusen v, Liverpool. It was good to see "my old team" again. Too long since last time. Gerrard is a great player. I liked what I saw of Garcia too, I haven't seen him play that many times. He was very close to a hattrick. Baros is a love to hate guy. Awesome player but he needs to stay on his feet more.
