Mineral Springs with Hammer in nice powder snow. Hanging ribbons for Winter Training Camp and trying to follow Bash's footprints to find the location of the THOMASS course!

Ham Loppet 2005. City-O in snowfall, very slippery. 8.8 km, 47.30. Didn't have to give away the pork.
Worked hard the whole time. Achilles a bit soare.

THOMASS #2 @ Rattlesnake Point. Another tough race. Happy with performance since I didn't think I'd be able to run yesterday. Two small mistakes, 30-40s in total.

17th Fairway. Despite the training yesterday, my legs were great. 6,5 loops every 5,5 min. First 4 around 4.10, then 4.07 and last two around 4.10 again.

3 x the Chedoke stairs (between 4.35 and 4.45), didn´t try to break the record, this was more of a strength workout (and running up stairs probably are) but since I have had stairs=intervals in the past, I guess I´ll continue to do so.

AM: Training day at Hilton Falls. Hung some ribbons, which took a bit longer than expected so I didn't get any time to pick up the pace on another loop.

PM: Some biking while switching between Skarsgård (Good Will...) and Stormare (Fargo). Picked up the pace a few times.
