Gator Cup at Arkell Hills. 100% focus on total control. Good run except for one leg when I really got stuck in a thick area. Hot and humid.

Sulphur Springs 10K. 40 min on a tough course, died in the last, gully, hill. About one minute behind Jack. Legs were not there at all, making it even tougher. Isak has cold so probably some bugs that jumped over to me.

Eastern Cdn champs Long. Gatineau.
Easy navigation - physically challenging. No mistakes. Opened up in a good pace, but couldn't keep it. Lost motivation to push it about halfway through.

AM: middle at Lac Beauchamp(?). Very bad race, similar to US short. This time, I was outside the map, or almost, that's something new. Oh, wait minute, that happened at the US short too.

PM: Sprint, same place. Much better focus, but still a few, minor, mistakes, but overall, good control.

2 x Szalkai hill runs by Reservoir Park. Each 15 minutes, first "slow" and up a steep, somewhat slippery hill, second quarter, faster, working on "posture".

Mississauga Marathon relay. Ran the last leg, 10.2-ish KM. Felt pretty good. The wind was tough though, in the face the entire way almost. 17.45 on the first 5K and then I don't know since I stopped my watch instead of taking a split. 35-36 min is my guess. Not super impressive but it was windy and a lot of people at the end, half marathoners and marathoners, to pass, i.e slalom running. Still fun.

The Rally. Rainy day so conditions not the best for new PBs. However, initially it felt good and I thought I still would have a chance but I got tired in the forest section and walked pretty much the entire RL-hill. Still a great workout.
