After a having had heavy legs last week and the beginning of this week, the running felt good over the weekend, although the hamstrings tend to be very tight after every long run, incl this Sat, and interval session. However, IT band felt better this week. The big disappointment though is that I never made out to the woods more than once. I should/need to do more trad woods running, but...As for the Sunday work out, I had decided to do some sort of quality run, and since I didn't get out until 9pm, the winter rally seemed appropriate. It was a bit rainy and windy and slippery in places, but eventhough the Lowry hill was muddy, running on grass is faster than on snow. About 30s faster...
